Rope Light

Rope Lights are an amazing way to decorate your kid’s zone inside and outside the house. Rope Lights are ideal since they are energy efficient and require very little power. However, more importantly they are durable and safe since they come in plastic tubes that prevent kids from getting hurt. There are plenty of ideas for the kid’s zone but keep in mind to always install the Rope Light in a safe manner so you will not put anyone in danger of tripping.  Also make sure that the Rope Lights are safely connected and do not pose a hazard to anyone in the area. Remember that you can get all sorts of accessories to enhance the use of Rope Lights. If you are using it outside then consider using a solar panel to save power. Inside, you could neatly clip the Rope Light along the wall or floor. Rope Lights have an almost limitless range of uses so let your creativity run wild. In the meanwhile, here are some ideas to kick-start your imagination.

• Play House:  A kids playhouse, whether inside or outside is a place of its own. Playhouses come in various colors and sizes so you can use your Rope Light to highlight the outlines of your kid’s playhouse or even wrap a Rope Light around the base of the playhouse. Use soft colors to enhance the look of the playhouse and keep in mind that Rope Lights can help kids play safely at night ( especially outdoors).

• Tree house: A Rope Light can be wrapped around the branches around your tree house or along the interior and exterior of your tree house. Use brighter lights in this case to enhance the view of the tree house. Also, consider using solar panels to power the Rope Lights.

• Pool: A kid’s pool is yet another ideal place to install a Rope Light.  You will not have a problem since Rope Lights comes in waterproof variants and the soft glow will enhance the beauty of the pool. The lights will also clearly highlight the pool at night and help keep your kids safe.

• R/C toys: Kids love their toys: cars, helicopters, etc. So add a few strip lights to their vehicles to help them play safely at night.

• Bedrooms: Install a soft glow Rope Light along the ceiling of your kid’s bedroom. This is a better alternative to a lava lamp or other lighting option and provides a soft glow that will help your kids sleep peacefully.
